Shrimp and Vegetables Stir fry

Shrimp and Vegetables Stir fry

When you run out of ideas of what to make for the family or when you need something quick, stir fry is a go to.

They are quick to make in simple steps and healthy too because they don’t get overcooked so nutrients are preserved.

I must state that Big Sissy normally picks out the shrimps and carrots and leaves the rest, nonetheless it’s a great way to switch things up in the menu.

Some raw peeled shrimps (l used the frozen ones but fresh ones will work fine)
1/2 of a large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 of a large green bell pepper thinly sliced
1 medium size carrot cut into strips
Some broccoli (optional)
1 medium size onion (1/2 diced, 1/2 sliced)
Some minced ginger
Some minced garlic
Some vegetable
Salt and black pepper to taste
The sauce
2 tsp Corn starch
3 tbs Soy sauce (plus more or less as desired)
1 tbs Oyster sauce (optional)
3 tbs of Water(add more or less as desired)
